Accommodation is split between three houses located respectively at 119 Worple Road, 24-26 Thornton Hill and 16 Denmark Avenue. In total, these three houses provide 60 flats of which 51 are studio flats and 9 have a separate bedroom, which are for let to couples only.

Our studio/bedsitter flats comprise a large rectangular, or sometimes L-shaped room, an adjacent kitchen with electric cooker and refrigerator, a separate bathroom including shower attachment and toilet and a cupboarded entrance area.

The one bedroom flats differ in that instead of a bedsitter they provide a sitting room and a single bedroom.

Communal facilities include a large furnished Common Road, a Guest Room for overnight stays by relatives and friends, a Laundry Room equipped with washing machines and a dryer and a sizeable, attractive and regularly maintained garden.

We qualify for an annual communal TV license, the cost of which is borne by the Association and is, therefore free to Residents. All floors in our three houses are served by a lift. All our flats have an entry phone system.
