Some of our key people and their responsibilities are shown below:

	Susan Stern, Chairman of the Committee of Management which is responsible for the financial and general management of the Association in keeping with it's original aims and ideals. Chairman's Annual Report
	Victoria Reid, Director, is the Chair of the House Committee and reports directly to the Committee of Management. She is responsible for the overall efficient running of the Association as well as its financial and general management.
	Judith Hodges, Resident Warden at Thornton Lodge / Broughton House
	Ann Longden, Resident Warden at Wilberforce House
	Jennifer Newman, Secretary and member of both the Committee of Management and the House Committee which is accountable for the smooth and efficient running of our three buildings and conducts interviews of all applicants drawn from our waiting list.

Our main criteria besides being over 60, is that you are able to live an independent life and being a small local Wimbledon based Housing Association have Wimbledon connections of one sort or another.
