| We are a small
Sheltered Housing Association and Exempt Charity registered with the Housing Corporation and a full member of the National Housing Federation.
We offer self-contained, unfurnished flats for rent to the elderly. The Association, which is a non-profit making organisation,
was founded in 1967. Our buildings are conveniently located close to both
Wimbledon town centre and the local shopping area of Raynes Park.
Some of our key people
and their responsibilities are shown below:
| Jim Reed, Chairman of the Committee of Management which is
responsible for the financial and general management of the
Association in keeping with it's original aims and ideals. |

Director/Administrator, reports directly to the Committee of Management. She is responsible
for the overall efficient running of the Association as well as its
financial and general management. |

Our main criteria besides
being over 60, is that you are able to live an independent life and being
a small local Wimbledon based Housing Association have Wimbledon
connections of one sort or another.
