The current calendar monthly rents including service charges, payable by Bank Standing Order, are for a standard studio flat not more than £285.50 pcm (£65.88 per week or £3,426.00 pa) and for a standard one bedroom flat £337.40 pcm (£77.86 per week or £4,044.80 pa) including all Service charges, Supporting People Charge, and central heating from Oct to May inclusive and the annual Water charge. These rents and service charges will be increasing in May 2008.

The main criteria for being a resident is that you are 60 or over, in good health and are able to live a completely independent life and that you live or have lived, or worked in Wimbledon or have Wimbledon connections of one sort or another. Before going on our waiting list, we require the individual in question to have met the Director and visited all our 3 buildings. We also require both a doctor's certificate and a reference letter.
